Cover letters
There are some similarities and some differences between CVs and cover letters and it is important to understand these in order to write them well.
Funnily enough, not all companies read the cover letters they request, however you will never know which ones do and which ones don't!
Therefore whenever we send one, it has to be perfect, or else it could be the stage we are rejected at.
My approach
I provide information about common HR processes and how they assess our application documents along with how you can maximise this to strive to be the best applicant!
I can help with example phrasing, but I am teaching you to learn to write these themselves, so that you become more confident and then don't need me anymore!
