It's true that most people say they hate networking and they hate using LinkedIn!
I think this is mainly from some overcomplication and myths around how networking works and expectations on how someone 'should' be using LinkedIn.
I would help you bust those myths and build confidence.
My approach
I was working as a head hunter before LinkedIn created their different subscriptions, so every recruiter and I LIVED on LinkedIn and we used it for everything. I've since learnt about the new versions they charge recruiters to use and what those versions look like and how it changes how recruiters and head hunters find you and see your profile.
These are useful tips I can pass onto you as well as help you build message templates to make you feel more confident and comfortable with networking.
