I have insider recruitment knowledge from my time as a head hunter in recruitment and in my current role as Careers Consultant at Imperial College London where I hear from employers regularly on recruitment processes.
My approach
There are some questions that are extremely common across all of the interviews mentioned above, however it can be quite easy to predict what questions you are likely to face if you know the secrets!
I help prepare you for the commonly asked HR questions and help you to understand the different forms that technical questions come in. I've studied Career Management, not your discipline, so I won't be able to tell if you are right or wrong with technical questions!
I can explain how to anticipate questions, how to prepare for them, what good looks like and how they will be assessing your answers.
In a mock interview appointment, I pre-prepare questions based on a job advert you provide, for FREE. I then take notes for you as we go along so you can focus on answering the questions.
I then provide the notes in a mock interview document containing more links and tips for FREE.
As always, I teach you what good looks like, so you can eventually replicate this without me!
